Introducción

El menú de configuración de la encuesta permite a los usuarios editar diferentes configuraciones relacionadas con la encuesta. Las siguientes configuraciones de encuesta están disponibles de forma predeterminada:

• Configuración de política de datos
• Opciones de tema
• Presentación
• Configuración del participante
• Notificaciones y datos
• Publicación y acceso

En la captura de pantalla anterior, se enfatizan dos botones. Los usuarios pueden utilizarlos para reorganizar las dimensiones del menú de configuración de la encuesta. Si desea reorganizar el menú principal de configuración de la encuesta, arrastre el lado derecho del menú hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha haciendo clic en los tres puntos. Si hace clic en la punta de flecha izquierda, el menú se colapsa y se minimiza hasta que solo queda un menú lateral con iconos. Para volver a la vista predeterminada del menú de configuración de la encuesta, haga clic en la punta de flecha derecha ubicada encima del menú de configuración de la encuesta. Pase el mouse sobre cada opción para ver qué hace cada ícono.

Nota: El menú se puede cambiar/editar desde las páginas Configuración del menú y Configuración de entradas del menú. Se puede acceder a ellos desde el cuadro de diálogo de configuración de LimeSurvey. Recomendamos que sólo los usuarios avanzados editen los menús.

Descripción general

La página de descripción general ofrece una descripción general de su encuesta. Está dividido en dos partes:

• Barra de herramientas de descripción general: Las funciones de la barra de herramientas le permiten iniciar/detener la encuesta, verificar su lógica, guardarla y exportarla, agregar participantes de la encuesta e introducir manualmente datos de los participantes de la encuesta (en el caso de que realice una encuesta fuera de línea);

• Resumen de la encuesta: Un breve resumen de su encuesta.

Configuraciones generales

La configuración general de una encuesta permite al usuario editar información básica de la encuesta, como el propietario de la encuesta, el correo electrónico del administrador y la plantilla utilizada en la encuesta.

Text elements

From the Survey text elements panel, you can edit the title of the survey and its description, welcome and end messages, end URL, and the format of the decimal mark and date.

Data policy settings

The set of options displayed under this option are related to the security text/policy settings. These are the settings that survey participants need to be aware of before completing the survey.

Theme options

This panel is for users who would like to enhance their templates by using the inheritance function and the bootswatch themes.

Presentation

In this panel you can edit presentation- and navigation-related settings. These changes impact how the survey is presented to survey participants. You can choose to show the number of the questions at the beginning of the survey, a progress bar or the current statistics of the survey once it is completed, and so on.

Participant settings

From this menu you can edit different survey participants table settings. For example, you can choose to anonymize all the responses you get from a survey or allow public survey registration.

Notifications & data

If you would like to save response-related details into the responses tables, access this panel. You can save the referrer URL, IP address, timings, etc. that can help you produce more in-depth analyses. Moreover, LimeSurvey allows you to use the tracking ID from Google Analytics.

Publication & access

This setting allows the survey administrator to choose the way in which the survey can be accessed by the survey participants (e.g., CAPTCHA codes can be used to increase the security of your survey). Moreover, you can also set up from here a start/expiry date/time.
