Umfrage aktivieren

Sobald sie ihre Umfrage komplett fertiggestellt und getestet haben, können sie sie mit dem "Diese Umfrage aktivieren"-Symbol aktivieren. Sollte das Symbol in der Umfrageleiste nicht sichtbar sein, bedeutet es, dass ihre Umfrage in der derzeitigen Form noch nicht aktiviert werden kann. Das Aktivieren einer Umfrage hat folgende Auswirkungen:

1. LimeSurvey führt eine kurze Überprüfung durch, ob ihre Umfrage ordnungsgemäß funktionieren wird.
2. Es wird in der Datenbank eine neue Tabelle angelegt in der die Ergebnisse der Umfrage gespeichert werden. Zudem wird jeder möglichen Antwort der Umfrage ein Feld in der Tabelle zugewiesen.
3. Dadurch können Daten in die Tabellen eingetragen werden und LimeSurvey schaltet für die Umfrage weitere Funktionen, wie Probandenschlüssel, den Statistikteil und das Anzeigen und Bearbeiten von bereits eingetroffenen Antworten frei.
4. Sobald die Umfrage aktiviert ist haben sie vollen Zugriff über die Zugriffsschlüssel für Probanden. Nähere Infos unter (Zugangsschlüssel)
5. Wenn ihre Umfrage "nicht anonym" ist, werden die Zugriffsschlüssel automatisch erstellt.

Before you activate a survey you should note the following points:

• When the survey is initialized you can change the text for questions, answers, the survey etc, but not the type of question or the type of answer.
• You cannot add new questions or delete questions. Nor can you add answers to any of the array or multiple choice questions -  however you can add answers to the basic list type questions.
• If you deactivate (not expire) the survey, it will move the responses to a backup table and lose participation informations but you will again be able to add new questions and groups and to modify parameters.

If the "Activate survey" icon is not shown, then your survey is not yet capable of being activated (for example if you have no questions created yet). Once clicking on this icon, LimeSurvey will run a quick consistency check to make sure that your survey will work properly.
