Inleiding

Within this panel you have access to different presentation- and navigation-related settings of your survey. Changes performed here impact how the respondents see your survey. You can choose to show the number of the questions at the beginning of the survey, a progress bar or the current statistics of the survey once it is completed, and so on.

To access this panel, get to the home page of your survey, and look for the Presentation menu:

Dit paneel bevat de opties:

• Navigation delay (seconds): It shows the number of seconds before the previous, next, and submit buttons are enabled. If none is specified, the option will use the default value, which is "0" (seconds);

• Show question index / allow jumping: A question index can be displayed in the survey if this function is enabled, allowing the user to jump from one question group to another. You can choose the following:
  • Disabled : If this option is picked up, no index is shown in the survey;
  • Incremental : If this option is selected, the question groups will be shown incrementally in an index menu located on the survey page. You are allowed "to jump" only to the question groups that were previously visited/accessed;
  • Full : Jumping from question group to question group is allowed via the index menu.

• Toon "Er zijn X vragen in deze enquête"

• Toon groepsnaam en/of beschrijving

• Toon vraagnummer en/of code: Wat moet er getoond worden aan de deelnemers, het vraagnummer, de code, beide of geen van beide. Het aantal vragen wordt bij het starten van de enquête getoond. De vraagcode wordt getoond naast de vraag.

• Toon "Geen antwoord": Bij radioknoppen of een vraagtype met keuzes met wijzigbare antwoorden (bijv.: Lijsten of arrayvragen) is deze optie ingeschakeld bij niet verplichte vragen. Het antwoord "Geen antwoord" wordt getoond bij elke (sub)vraag. De deelnemer kan dan kiezen om die (sub)vraag dan niet te beantwoorden. De enquête-beheerder heeft de opties:

• • Aan : de deelnemer kan de keuze "Geen antwoord" maken bij een niet verplichte vraag.
  • Uit : de keuze "Geen antwoord" wordt niet getoond bij een niet verplichte vraag.

Indien de keuze al door de hoofdbeheerder is gemaakt in de globale instellingen dat de optie "Geen antwoord" wordt getoond, dan kan de keuze hier NIET door de enquête-beheerder worden gemaakt. Alleen als de hoofdbeheerder kiest voor Selecteerbaar kan de enquête-beheerder kiezen.

• Welkomstpagina tonen: Indien uitgeschakeld wordt de welkomsttekst niet meer getoond aan het begin van het invullen van de enquête.

• Terugbladeren toestaan: Is het toegestaan dat een deelnemer terug gaat bladeren en de al ingevulde antwoorden eventueel wijzigt.

• Toetsenbord op scherm tonen:Indien ingeschakeld wordt er een toetsenbord getoond als er tekst ingevuld kan worden.

• Toon voortgang: Het is gebruikersvriendelijk als de deelnemer in een balk kan zien hoe ver hij/zij is met het invullen van de vragen.

• Participants may print answers: If turned on, the survey participants may choose at the end of the survey to print their answers;

• Public statistics: A link to a set of survey current statistics will be shown at the end of the survey if this option is enabled;

• Show graphs in public statistics: If enabled, graphs will also be shown in the public statistics from the end of the survey. Please note that the "Public statistics option" has to be enabled to allow the survey participants see the graphs in the public statistics;

• Automatically load URL when survey complete: The end URL becomes a redirect link once the survey is completed, if this option is turned on.

Different options have a corresponding option in the Presentation panel from the global settings. As a result, some of the features might not be selectable if they have been already deactivated/activated from the global settings of your LImeSurvey installation. The global settings trump the survey settings. Please note that only the superadmins can access the global settings.
