QueXML PDF Export/it

Introduzione

La funzione queXML PDF Export consente di esportare il sondaggio corrente in un file PDF strutturato adatto per essere elaborato utilizzando il software OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) come [1].

Per utilizzare questa funzione, accedi a qualsiasi impostazione relativa al sondaggio, seleziona Voce di menu Visualizza/Esporta e seleziona l'opzione di esportazione queXML PDF:

Nel file ZIP esportato sono inclusi il sondaggio in formato PDF, un file XML di banding (questo descrive la posizione dei campi sul modulo cartaceo), un file XML di stile (descrive le impostazioni utilizzate per produrre il file PDF) e un [https ://quexml.acspri.org.au/queXML] (una descrizione strutturata della struttura del questionario).

Opzioni LimeSurvey

Le impostazioni presentate in questa pagina sono quelle predefinite del software di esportazione PDF queXML. Questi possono essere modificati per produrre un questionario cartaceo dall'aspetto diverso.

Selezione della lingua

Se il sondaggio è stato tradotto in più lingue, qui puoi scegliere la lingua per l'esportazione.

Stile

applica uno stile agli elementi del modulo cartaceo utilizzando i CSS.

Consenti alle domande in stile array di essere suddivise su più pagine

Se hai array con molte domande secondarie nel tuo sondaggio, questo consentirà di suddividere l'array su più pagine. Questo evita di avere pagine con domande molto lunghe o troppo spazio bianco su una pagina. Una freccia apparirà in fondo alla pagina per indicare che la domanda continua nella pagina successiva.

Consenti alle domande a scelta singola di essere suddivise su più pagine

Le domande a scelta singola come le domande in stile "radio" possono essere suddivise su più pagine. Utile se hai domande con un lungo elenco di possibili risposte. Una freccia apparirà in fondo alla pagina per indicare che la domanda continua nella pagina successiva.

Consenti la suddivisione su più pagine di piùbrevi domande di testo/numeriche

Dove vengono utilizzati più tipi di domande brevi di testo o numeriche - consenti alle relative domande secondarie di essere suddivise su più pagine (appariràuna freccia in fondo alla pagina per indicare la domanda continua nella pagina successiva).

Consente di suddividere le domande con cursore su più pagine

Domande con cursore presenti come elementi VAS (Visual Analog Scale) nelle pagine queXML PDF. Ciò consentirà di suddividere un elenco di cursori su più pagine. Una freccia apparirà in fondo alla pagina per indicare che la domanda continua nella pagina successiva.

Altezza minima delle caselle di risposta a scelta singola

imposta l'altezza minima in millimetri di ogni elemento di risposta a una domanda a scelta singola (es. radio). Imposta questo valore su un valore inferiore per adattare più domande a una pagina.

Minimum height of subquestion items

The minimum height in millimetres of sub questions in an array style question. Set this value lower to fit more sub question items in an array style question. Please be wary that setting this too low may cut the end from long sub question text items.

Margin before questionnaireInfo element (mm)

The questionnaireInfo element is the "Welcome" text or "End text" of the survey. This setting sets the margin in millimetres before the text is displayed.

Answer option / subquestion font size

The font size in points of answer options or sub question text.

Answer label font size (normal)

The font size in points of answer labels when displayed in subquestions.

Answer label font size (small)

The font size in points of answer labels when displayed in subquestions where the used long words that cannot fit in the area are provided without being split.

Minimum section height (mm)

Each group in a LimeSurvey survey appears as a new section in the queXML PDF document. This setting sets the minimum height in millimetres of the heading for the new section.

Background colour for sections (0 black - 255 white)

The amount of greyness behind a section heading.

Background colour for questions (0 black - 255 white)

The amount of greyness behind questions. Good form design suggests having a light grey background to avoid eye strain and to make the areas for responses clearly defined (the areas for responses are always white).

Page orientation

Portrait or landscape orientation for the paper questionnaire.

Page format

The size of the paper to use (A4, A3, US Letter).

Edge detection format

What edge style to be used on the page to allow for alignment when scanned.

Clicking on the "queXML PDF export" button will generate a ZIP archive containing the PDF questionnaire and associated files.

If you have changed the settings above and wish to reset them back to the default queXML PDF settings, click on the "Reset to default settings" button:

General Configuration Settings

You may find some extra configurations settings under the file application/config/config-defaults.php.

This file contains the default settings for LimeSurvey. Do not edit this file as it may change in future revisions of the software. Correct procedure to setup LimeSurvey is the following:

• copy the lines corresponding to the parameter you want to change from this file to the config.php file
• edit these lines in config.php

This way the default values will be overridden.

If set to true, the printable_help attribute will be visible on the exported PDF survey. If used, the appearance (font size, justification, etc.) may be adjusted by editing td.questionHelpBefore and $helpBeforeBorderBottom of quexml.

If set to true, each question in the PDF will be identified by the question title instead of the automatic section and number generated for the report.
