Carlos Juan Martín Pérez (kadejo) was responsible for es_ES translation.
He started translating the application to spanish and manual. Since then, every public university or related institution in Costa Rica uses LimeSurvey (or at least knows the benefits of it (:wink:)).
Now he's related to health IT matters at Health Ministry of El Salvador, and obviously, LimeSurvey is being used for various projects there, some of them very big in terms of complexity of the survey and number of surveyed people.
