Align logo to the centre of the survey page

This example is for the "extends_fruity" template. For other templates the required CSS may be different.

1. Login to the LimeSurvey admin area
2. Browse to the theme editor: Configuration > Themes
3. Find "LimeSurvey Fruity Theme" in the list and click the "Theme Editor" button
4. Click "custom.css" in the files list on the left at near the bottom of the page
5. Copy the following CSS into that file and press "Save Changes"
