The View and saved but not submitted response is displayed if setting participants may save and resume later is enabled.



If enabled, access Responses and access the list of users that decided to view and save their survey, but not to finally submit it:



Please note that their responses, even though they are marked as not being saved, they are already saved in the response table but not marked as being complete!


Once accessed, the page looks like this:



The saved response table contains the following columns:

  • ID: the ID of the saved but not submitted response. Please note that it is different from the one stored in the response table
  • Actions: two actions can be performed:
    • Edit entry: if clicked you will be redirected to the entry data page that corresponds to the respective response
    • Delete entry: click on the red trash button to delete the response entry
  • Identifier: think of it as the user name the respondent used to save his/her response
  • Date saved: the date when the respondent decided to save his/her response
  • Email address: not mandatory to be filled out by your respondents! See the next section for more details.


How to save your response and submit it later

The Resume later button is located in the upper-right part of the screen during the completion of the survey by the respondent:
