Na het aanmaken van de toegangscode-tabel kun je klikken op het icoon tokens om de tokens te gaan beheren. Nu worden hier beknopt de functies weergegeven:

• Keer terug naar beheer: Je gaat terug naar enquête-scherm.
• Toon samenvatting: Er wordt een korte samenvatting getoond over de toegangscodes in de enquête (aantal, aantal uitnodigingen, aantal die ingevuld hebben). Ook heb je toegang tot wat functie van de administratie (zie onder).

Het standaard scherm.

• Toon toegangscodes: Toont alle deelnemers in de toegangscode-tabel. van hieruit kun je een specifieke toegangscode wijzigen of verwijderen, maar ook kun je hier andere functies uitvoeren (zie onderstaande functie toon).
• Voeg nieuwe toegangscode toe: je kunt een nieuwe toegangscode toevoegen.
• Maak dummy toegangscodes: je kunt 1 of meer toegangscodes toevoegen.
• Beheer extra attributen: Je kunt extra velden toevoegen aan de tokens om gegevens van deelnemers vast te leggen.
• Importeren uit CSV: Je kunt toegangscodes importeren uit een csv-bestand.
• Importeer uit LDAP zoekopdracht: Importeren toegangscodes uit een LDAP-query (alleen getest op openLdap maar zou ook op andere LDAP vergelijkbare omgevingen, zoals ActiveDirectory, moeten werken).
• Export tokens to CSV file: creates a standard CSV (comma delimited) file with a complete list of participants of your current tokens table
• Edit email templates: Used to customize the templates used for the invitations, reminders, confirmations, and registration emails
• Send email invitation: Sends bulk email invitations to all participants in the tokens table who have not already been sent an invitation.
• Send email reminder: Sends bulk email reminders to all participants in the tokens table who have not yet responded, but have been sent their first invitation.
• Generate tokens: Creates unique tokens for all individual entries in the tokens table that do not yet have one
• Drop token table: delete the token table and set the survey to Open-access mode.
• Bounce settings:  Email bounce back settings.   Bounce back settings can be set at the survey level or at the system level.    This feature was added in version 1.91
