Toon de vragen

To quickly visualize your questions, click on the List questions button. For a better overview, all of them are displayed in a table, quick action buttons being listed on the last column.

List question groups

To quickly visualize your survey question groups, click on the List question groups button. All of them are shown in a table for a better overview on the current existing question groups.

Reorder questions and question groups

To get an overview on the current overall structure of your survey, click on the Reorder questions/question groups button. It allows you to reorder questions and question groups if you are unhappy with the current order.

Survey participants

You may want to invite only a specific group of people to participate in your survey to better keep track of who has completed the survey and who hasn't, and ensure that each person can participate only once. To do this, click on Survey participants and start to add only those persons that you wish to answer to your survey.

Quotas

A quota is used to set a limit on responses from defined groups of people on an active survey. Some common attributes used in defining quotas are things like gender, age, race, province/state. A quota can be added by clicking on the Add new quota button located in the right part of the window.

Beoordelingen

De enquête-beheerder kan beoordelingen voor de respondent toevoegen, ook bij een meertalige enquête. Een beoordeling is een regel die de gegeven antwoorden van de respondent beoordeeld en het resultaat toont aan de respondent.

Enquête rechten

In some cases, the administrator might not want to give to a user (e.g., a translator) global permissions with which he can access more than one survey. That is why the survey permissions panel was created - to facilitate the allocation of permissions to different users without the need of using the global system of permissions. Email templates

The email templates are used to quickly send personalized invitations, reminders, confirmations, and registrations emails to your respondents (from the survey participants table). You can also edit the standard basic (or detailed) admin notifications that are sent to the survey administrator(s).

Op deze tab kun je extra URL-parameters definiëren die door de enquête worden geaccepteerd in de URL waarmee de enquête wordt gestart.
