<br />Once you have activated a survey and are receiving responses it is worthwhile considering the following:
*Takojšnji izvoz strukture ankete ([[File:exportcsv.png]]), ki jo shranite v obliki .csv datoteke na varno mesto.
*Export the survey as survey archive immediately and save the .lsa file on a safe place.
*Reden pregled rezultatov ankete ([[File:browse.png]]) in izvoz odzivov na varno mesto.
*Try not to make changes to the survey. There are some parts of the survey that can still be changed after it has been activated, and while these shouldn't cause problems, it's better safe than sorry. Fully test your survey before you activate it and then try to leave it exactly as it is.
*Ne poizkušajte spreminjati ankete. Obstajajo določeni deli ankete, ki jih lahko po aktivaciji še vedno spreminjate, te spremembe pa tudi ne bi smele povzročati težav vendar iz preventivnih razlogov to odsvetujemo. Podrobno testiranje ankete izvedite pred njeno aktivacijo, po njej pa poizkušajte anketo pustiti takšno kot je.

*Če imate dostop do phpMyAdmin ali podobnih funkcij, poizkusite z redno izdelavo varnostnih kopij celotne podatkovne baze LimeSurvey-a (struktura in podatki). Če se zgodi najhujši scenarij in izgine celotna podatkovna baza, jo lahko ponovno ustvarite in uvozite varnostno kopijo, tako da boste lahko nadaljevali z delom od točke, kjer so nastale težave, dalje.

Once you have activated a survey and are receiving responses it is worthwhile considering the following:

  • Export the survey as survey archive immediately and save the .lsa file on a safe place.
  • Try not to make changes to the survey. There are some parts of the survey that can still be changed after it has been activated, and while these shouldn't cause problems, it's better safe than sorry. Fully test your survey before you activate it and then try to leave it exactly as it is.
  • If you are a superadmin you can also export the whole database (MySQL only) by choosing the related option from the global top menu.
