*Export the survey as survey archive immediately and save the .lsa file on a safe place.
*Schauen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen auf dem [[File:browse.png]] "Ergebnisse dieser Umfrage ansehen"-Teil vorbei und exportieren Sie die bisher eingelangten Antworten und behalten die Datei an einem sicheren Ort.
*Try not to make changes to the survey. There are some parts of the survey that can still be changed after it has been activated, and while these shouldn't cause problems, it's better safe than sorry. Fully test your survey before you activate it and then try to leave it exactly as it is.

*Wenn Sie via phpMyAdmin oder ähnlichem Zugang zu ihrer Datenbank haben, sollten sie ebenfalls in regelmäßigen Abständen ihre gesamte Datenbank (Struktur und Daten) sichern. Im schlimmsten Fall, wenn wirklich die gesamte Datenbank verloren wäre, könnten Sie eine neue Datenbank erstellen und Backups der Tabellen wieder einspielen. Dadurch können Sie den Zustand von LimeSurvey zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung des Backups wiederherstellen.

Once you have activated a survey and are receiving responses it is worthwhile considering the following:

  • Export the survey as survey archive immediately and save the .lsa file on a safe place.
  • Try not to make changes to the survey. There are some parts of the survey that can still be changed after it has been activated, and while these shouldn't cause problems, it's better safe than sorry. Fully test your survey before you activate it and then try to leave it exactly as it is.
