Comment only when ... (commented_checkbox)
Description
Choose when user have the hability to put a comment on a checkbox. You can choose between :
- No control on checkbox : user can allways put a comment.
- Checkbox is checked (default) : user can only put comment on checked checkbox. It's the behaviour before 2.05.
- Checkbox is unchecked : user can only comment on unchecked checkbox.
