Iterate survey/ja

概要

アンケートを繰り返し実施したいことがあるかもしれません。つまり同じ参加者に対し同じアンケート構成を使い、参加者ごとに以前の回答と比較する場合です。回答変化の傾向を知ることができます。

たとえば、顧客が購入した車に対する満足度調査を考えてみましょう。購入後1ヶ月後と1年後にアンケートを実施し、回答の変化を比較することができます。

このような定期的なアンケートでは、参加者が2回目のアンケートに参加したときに、以前のアンケートの回答状況がセットされていると便利です。

LimeSurveyには、このようなアンケートを管理できる"アンケートを繰り返す"機能があります。

前提条件

この機能の前提条件は次のとおりです。

• アンケートがトークンテーブルを使用している（クローズドアクセスアンケート）

• アンケートが匿名回答でない

• アンケートがトークンベースの回答保持機能を使用している

Please note that all the conditions from above must be met in order to see the Reiterate survey button being displayed in the responses and statistics panel!

使い方

Activate the survey and collect the answers from your survey participants.

2回目の調査の実行方法:

• 第1回目の回答が記録された後にアンケートを無効にしないでください
• 回答をエクスポートし新しい回答と比較できるようにする
• データ閲覧メニューで、"「アンケートを繰り返す」アイコン" File:Iterate survey icon.pngをクリックする
• これにより、
  • すべてのトークンステータスが"未使用"にリセットされる
  • すべての回答ステータスが"未送信"にリセットされる

• Click on the Display responses option (located on the main toolbar) to access the response table
• Select all the submitted responds and export them so that you'll be able to compare them to the new ones later:

• Once you saved your responses, click on the Iterate survey button located on the top toolbar:

• This will:
  • Reset all tokens status to "not used",
  • Reset all responses status to "not submitted".
