When

This event is fired just before the form of core register form is called

Input

The event receives the following information:

• surveyid the id of the current survey
• lang the laguage set in param

Possible output

• submited If for is already submitted
• aSended an array with
  • 'send' If need to show register form again : set to true if register don't need to be display
  • 'message' : The message to be show to the user
