概要

質問形式の中には、あらかじめ回答の選択肢やサブ質問を用意する必要のあるものがあります。

質問タイプに回答を追加するには、質問ボタンバーにある"回答オプションを編集"ボタンをクリックします。

回答を追加する際には、回答やサブ質問にコードを割り当て、回答テキストを入力する必要があります（式マネージャーの関連式に使用されます）。アンケート設定 -> 通知とデータ管理 -> "評価モード有効"で評価モードを有効にすると、（質問タイプにより）各々の質問に評価値を入力することができ、Limesurvey 2.06以降はサブ質問に関連の条件を設定することができます。 File:Adding answers.png

回答コード: 回答を出力する際には、この回答コードがシートに記録されます。コードは好きなものを選べます（最大5文字）。コードには、標準的な英数字が使用でき、質問に対する回答の選択肢ごとにユニークでなければなりません。
評価値: アンケート設定（v1.81以降）で評価モードが有効な時だけ表示されます。正負の整数を設定できます。詳細は、評価ページを参照してください。
テキスト・サブ質問: 表示される回答・サブ質問です。
- レイアウトを調整するだけでなく、絵やその他のメディア要素を個々の質問に取り入れることもできます。回答テキストボックスの端にある鉛筆アイコンをクリックし、WYSIWYGエディターを使用して回答のレイアウトを編集したり画像やメディアをアップロードします。
- 回答が配列の左右に配置される特別な機能があります（質問タイプ配列でのみ使用できます）。回答を区切るパイプ文字'|'を使用します。例えば、行の左右に'よい'と'わるい'を配置したいときは、この欄に'よい|わるい'と入力します。これは、セマンティック・ディファレンシャル質問を作成するときに有効です。
関連: Limesurvey 2.06以降、各々の質問に式マネージャーで関連式を入力できます（複数選択や配列質問などサブ質問を使用する質問タイプ向け）。これにより、条件に応じて質問を表示したり非表示にしたりすることができます。既定値の"1"は、いつでも表示することを意味します。ヒント: 質問のロジックファイルを確認しエラーがないようにしてください。
順序: 回答の表示順序を決定します。回答の右にある"上へ" "下へ"ボタンでリスト内での回答の位置を変更できます。

デフォルトの選択肢を設定できます（回答者が変更しない限り、その選択肢が回答になります）。デフォルトを設定していない場合、回答者が何も選択しなかったときには、回答として何も記録されません。
