Aktywacja ankiety

Gdy utworzona przez Ciebie struktura ankiety będzie ukończona, możesz przejść do następnego kroku, którym będzie aktywacja ankiety. Polecenie to wywołać można przez kliknięcie na ikonę "Aktywuj bieżącą ankietę" znajdującą się na pasku narzędziowym nakiety. Aktywacja nakiety wywołuje szereg następujących zmian:

1. Tworzone są dodatkowe tabele w bazie danych, które będą zawierać odpowiedzi udzielone prze respondentów.
2. Uaktywniona zostaje możliwość gromadzenia danych.
3. Administratorzy zyskują dostęp do działu tokenów oraz do przeglądania zgromadzonych odpowiedzi. Więcej o tokenach dowiesz się w sekcji {Tokeny} w niniejszym podręczniku.
4. Jeśli Twoja ankieta nie jest ustawiona jako anonimowa, tabele tokenów zostaną automatycznie wygenerowane.

Before activation, a window will be displayed, asking you about some general survey-related settings:

• Anonymyzed responses: This option allows you to determine whether responses to your survey are matched up with information from your survey's token table, or kept "anonymous". If you decide to enable it, your survey is set to anonymize responses - there will be no way to connect answers and participants;
• Save IP address: If enabled, the IP address of the survey respondent will be stored together with his/her answers;
• Save timings: If enabled, the time spent on each page of the survey by each survey participant is recorded;
• Date stamp: Turn it on if you would like to see the date the answers were submitted;
• Save referrer URL: If enabled, the referrer URL will be stored together with the answers.

Once you are done enabling the desired functionalities, click on the Save & activate survey button. The following message will be displayed:

Now, copy the link to your survey and start sharing it:

By activating a survey, LimeSurvey:

• creates a separate database table where all survey responses are stored, a new entry being added for each new collected survey response
• allows survey administrators to manually enter data into that response table or edit the existent data

Pamiętaj, że po dokonaniu aktywacji ankiety:

• Nie będzie możliwa zmiana typów pytań ani typów wariantów odpowiedzi. W dalszym ciagu można jednak dokonywać edycji treści pytań jak i wariantów odpowiedzi.
• Nie będzie możliwe tworzenie/dodawanie nowych pytań do ankiety jak również ich usuwanie.
• Nie będzie możliwe dodawanie nowych oraz usuwanie istniejących wariantów odpowiedzi dla pytań.

Aktywuj ankietę poprzez kliknięcie na ikonę. Jeśli ta ikona nie jest dostępna oznacza to, ze Twoja ankieta nie jest kompletna i nie może być aktywowana. Kliknięcie na ikonę wywołuje uruchomienie krótkiego testu spójności danych, co jest konieczne dla zapewnienia poprawnego działania skryptu.

  If the survey is active and you open several tabs by clicking on "Execute survey", you may not be able to fill out the survey (an error will pop up suggesting you to use the index to navigate the survey) in tabs previously opened to the last one. When that happens, please close all the tabs and make sure to open only one tab at a time to test the live version of your survey.
