From LimeSurvey Manual
- By default LimeSurvey Cloud displays branding on your surveys. This includes a button at the bottom of the survey page with the text "Made in LimeSurvey" and also a message at the end of the survey with the text "Thank you for taking this survey powered by LimeSurvey".
