Giới thiệu

Menu cài đặt khảo sát cho phép người dùng chỉnh sửa các cài đặt khác nhau liên quan đến khảo sát. Các cài đặt khảo sát sau đây có sẵn theo mặc định:

• Tổng quan
• Cài đặt chung
• Thành phần văn bản
• Cài đặt chính sách dữ liệu
• Tùy chọn chủ đề
• Trình bày
• Cài đặt người tham gia
• Thông báo & dữ liệu
• Xuất bản & truy cập

Trong ảnh chụp màn hình ở trên, hai nút được nhấn mạnh. Người dùng có thể sử dụng chúng để sắp xếp lại kích thước menu cài đặt khảo sát. Nếu bạn muốn sắp xếp lại menu cài đặt khảo sát chính, hãy kéo bên phải của menu sang trái hoặc sang phải bằng cách nhấp vào ba chấm'. Nếu bạn nhấp vào đầu mũi tên trái, menu sẽ thu gọn và được thu nhỏ cho đến khi chỉ còn lại một menu bên có các biểu tượng. Để quay lại chế độ xem mặc định của menu cài đặt khảo sát, hãy nhấp vào đầu mũi tên phải nằm phía trên menu cài đặt khảo sát. Di chuột qua từng tùy chọn để xem chức năng của từng biểu tượng.

Note: Menu có thể được thay đổi/chỉnh sửa từ trang Cấu hình menu và Cấu hình mục menu. Chúng có thể được truy cập từ hộp thoại cấu hình LimeSurvey. Chúng tôi khuyên chỉ những người dùng nâng cao mới nên chỉnh sửa menu.

Tổng quan

Trang tổng quan cung cấp thông tin tổng quan về khảo sát của bạn. Nó được chia thành hai phần:

• Thanh công cụ tổng quan: Các chức năng từ thanh công cụ cho phép bạn bắt đầu/dừng khảo sát, kiểm tra tính logic của khảo sát, lưu và xuất khảo sát, thêm người tham gia khảo sát và giới thiệu thủ công khảo sát dữ liệu của người tham gia (trong trường hợp bạn thực hiện khảo sát ngoại tuyến);

• Tóm tắt khảo sát: Tóm tắt ngắn gọn về khảo sát của bạn.

Cài đặt chung

Cài đặt chung của khảo sát cho phép người dùng chỉnh sửa thông tin khảo sát cơ bản, chẳng hạn như chủ sở hữu khảo sát, email của quản trị viên và mẫu được sử dụng trong khảo sát.

Text elements

From the Survey text elements panel, you can edit the title of the survey and its description, welcome and end messages, end URL, and the format of the decimal mark and date.

Data policy settings

The set of options displayed under this option are related to the security text/policy settings. These are the settings that survey participants need to be aware of before completing the survey.

Theme options

This panel is for users who would like to enhance their templates by using the inheritance function and the bootswatch themes.

Presentation

In this panel you can edit presentation- and navigation-related settings. These changes impact how the survey is presented to survey participants. You can choose to show the number of the questions at the beginning of the survey, a progress bar or the current statistics of the survey once it is completed, and so on.

Participant settings

From this menu you can edit different survey participants table settings. For example, you can choose to anonymize all the responses you get from a survey or allow public survey registration.

Notifications & data

If you would like to save response-related details into the responses tables, access this panel. You can save the referrer URL, IP address, timings, etc. that can help you produce more in-depth analyses. Moreover, LimeSurvey allows you to use the tracking ID from Google Analytics.

Publication & access

This setting allows the survey administrator to choose the way in which the survey can be accessed by the survey participants (e.g., CAPTCHA codes can be used to increase the security of your survey). Moreover, you can also set up from here a start/expiry date/time.
