Sumário do registro

A seção seguinte do LimeSurvey enfoca nas respostas e na criação de estatísticas. Depois de acessada, a página do sumário é exibida por padrão:

A primeira tabela é chamada "Sumário do registro" e exibe os seguintes dados gerais:

• Respostas completas - o número de registros enviados pelos seus participantes (clicando no botão "Enviar", localizado na última página do seu questionário;

• Respostas incompletas - o número de registros que não foram completamente preenchidos pelos seus participantes;

• Total de respostas - a soma do número de respostas completas e incompletas

Se você usar a opção opção Participantes do questionário, então um resumo dos dados relacionados aos participantes do questionário será exibido nessa página, abaixo da tabela "Sumário do registro":

• Total de convites enviados - o número de convites enviados aos participantes da tabela de participantes do questionário;

• Total de questionários completos - mostra o número de pesquisas que foram preenchidas pelos participantes do questionário que receberam um código de token;

• Total sem código de acesso único - exibe o número de participantes do questionário sem um código token atribuído;

• Total de registros - o número de participantes na tabela de participantes do questionário.

Opções da barra de ferramentas

As seguintes opções são exibidas na barra de ferramentas superior:

• Summary - the page you land on after clicking on the Responses & statistics button

• Responses - redirects you to the survey response table

• Data entry - to be used to manually introduce responses into the survey response table, use this function. This is mainly used when survey responses were collected offline

• Statistics - provides simple and complex statistics, as well as the possibility to export your data outside LimeSurvey
  • Statistics - simple mode - it makes use of the in-built statistics function to generate simple graphs and charts
  • Statistics - expert mode - it allows you do select certain data to be displayed in the statistics. In the case in which the in-build expert mode is not sufficient for your needs, you can export the data in other formats to further analyse it by using other statistics-specialized software

• Timing statistics - if timings is enabled, the timing statistics option will be shown in the toolbar. It displays time-related statistics such as the total time spent by your respondents filling out the survey, as well as each question group and question

• Export responses - used to export survey responses

• Import responses - used to import responses gathered in other surveys

• View saved but not submitted responses - under certain conditions users can resume later the survey to finish filling it in. The respective answers can be seen by you with the help of this function

• Iterate survey - used to launch the same survey to the same set of survey participants to analyse trends

• Batch deletion - use this function to delete answers in batch
