V določenih scenarijih boste morda želeli imeti ponavljajočo se anketo – z uporabo iste strukture ankete za isto skupino udeležencev za primerjavo prejšnjih odgovorov enega udeleženca s tistimi, ki so bili poslani ob različnih časih. Ta metoda je uporabna pri analizi trendov.

Na primer, v anketi o zadovoljstvu, namenjeni strankam, ki so pred kratkim kupile avto, lahko izvedete anketo en mesec po nakupu, ponovno 1 leto kasneje in primerjate odgovore.

Pri takšnih ponavljajočih se anketah se vam bo morda zdelo priročno, da udeleženec vidi anketo, ki je vnaprej izpolnjena s svojimi prejšnjimi odgovori, ko drugič sodeluje v anketi.

Please note that all conditions above must be met in order to see the Reiterate survey button displayed in the responses and statistics panel!

How to run it

Activate the survey and collect the answers from your participants.

To run the same survey for the second time:

• Do not deactivate the survey after the first set of responses are recorded
• Click the Responses menu and then Responses & statistics:

• Click the Display responses option (located on the main toolbar) to access the response table
• Select all the submitted responses and export them so that you will be able to compare them to the new ones later:

• Once you have saved your responses, click the Iterate survey button located on the top toolbar:

• This will:
  • Reset all tokens statuses to "not used",
  • Reset all responses statuses to "not submitted".
