Iterate survey/it

Introduzione

In alcuni scenari potresti voler disporre di un sondaggio ricorrente, utilizzando la stessa struttura del sondaggio per lo stesso gruppo di partecipanti per confrontare le risposte precedenti di un partecipante con quelle inviate in momenti diversi. Questo metodo è utile per analizzare le tendenze.

Ad esempio, in un sondaggio sulla soddisfazione destinato ai clienti che hanno recentemente acquistato un'auto, è possibile eseguire il sondaggio un mese dopo l'acquisto, di nuovo 1 anno dopo, e confrontare le risposte.

Per tali sondaggi ricorrenti, potresti trovare conveniente che il partecipante veda il sondaggio precompilato con le risposte precedenti quando partecipa per la seconda volta al sondaggio.

Prerequisiti:

• il sondaggio utilizza una tabella dei partecipanti al sondaggio (sondaggio ad accesso chiuso)

• il sondaggio non utilizza risposte anonime

• survey is using token-based response persistence

Please note that all conditions above must be met in order to see the Reiterate survey button displayed in the responses and statistics panel!

How to run it

Activate the survey and collect the answers from your participants.

To run the same survey for the second time:

• Do not deactivate the survey after the first set of responses are recorded
• Click the Responses menu and then Responses & statistics:

• Click the Display responses option (located on the main toolbar) to access the response table
• Select all the submitted responses and export them so that you will be able to compare them to the new ones later:

• Once you have saved your responses, click the Iterate survey button located on the top toolbar:

• This will:
  • Reset all tokens statuses to "not used",
  • Reset all responses statuses to "not submitted".
