Algemeen

Als er een of meerdere deelnemers de enquête heeft ingevuld, de enquête is dus actief, dan wil je natuurlijk die respons bekijken en beoordelen. En eventueel bewerken of verwijderen. Dit kan met de "Responses & Statistieken" functie.

Responses & Statistieken

Als je enquête actief is, zit er in de enquête toolbar een knop 'Responses & Statistieken' File:Browse.png. Klik daar op.

Functionaliteit

De pagina Samenvatting respons geeft alleen:

• Het aantal responses dat tot dusver ontvangen is, en volledig ingevuld.
• Het aantal responses dat tot dusver ontvangen is, en niet volledig ingevuld.
• Het aantal responses dat tot dusver ontvangen is.

Als er toegangscodes gebruikt worden, dan wordt ook getoond:

• Aantal verstuurde uitnodigingen
• Aantal ontvangen responses
• Aantal met geen unieke toegangscode
• Aantal toegangscodes

Onvolledig vragen zijn responses zonder verzenddatum. Dit kan voorkomen als een deelnemer de enquête tussentijds opslaat en dan niet de enquête afrond.

De andere opties op dit scherm:

• Keer terug naar beheer.
• Toon samenvatting
• Toon responses. NB.: hier worden de volledig vragen getoond, maar met codes voor de antwoorden. Lees sectie: Wijzigen en verwijderen responses.
• Toon laatste 50 responses. Dit zijn de laatste 50 responses, voor zover beschikbaar. Laatste ontvangen respons staat bovenaan.

When you are browsing responses, the first entry for each row (the "id" number will be a hyper-linked number. Clicking on this hyperlink allows you to view that specific response on an individual basis. From here you can edit or delete a response. See section below (editing and deleting responses).

• Data entry: Go to the data entry screen to add a new survey (this option is also available from the admin screen)
• Printable Version: A fairly basic, but hopefully usable version of the survey that can be printed off for people to fill in by hand.
• Statistics: A simple method for filtering and getting summaries of responses.
• Export results: Export all the responses to this survey to a Word, Excel or CSV file.

View survey results by participant

In order to view individual participant choices (and not the report regarding the whole survey), browse to:
Browse responses -> Display responses -> Click on one of the IDs in the left column.

Participants can be identified either by token, name, or IP address.

Wijzigen en verwijderen responses

When viewing your responses, you will be able to view a specific response by clicking on the id number. From this point you can choose to "Edit" or "Delete" this response.

Wijzigen respons

Editing the response is also fairly self-explanatory. It will take you to a 'data-entry' screen with the responses provided, and allow you to make and save any modifications. Again, in a survey you generally don't want to make changes to the responses made by the participants - but hey - it's your survey. Do what you want!

Verwijderen respons

Deleting the responses is, of course, fairly self-explanatory - and as anyone who regularly runs surveys would know, is not recommended, unless you've got a pretty good reason (ie: a doubled up entry, or some sufficiently serious reason as to why it should be deleted). Don't click on this button thinking it will give you a second chance. If you click "Delete", the entry will be deleted with no second guessing or second checks.

Exporteren respons

At the "Browse responses for this survey" section you can click on "Display responses" and the id number you want to export in the left column. Then you can click on "Export this survey" above the data.
